Who we are

Frolík Advisory s.r.o. is a Czech company that helps international founders start, run and close businesses in the Czech Republic. It is the entry point to Frolík Group — a Czech family business that brings corporate advisory, an established accounting and tax practice and an in-house digital studio under one roof.

Over the years, our group has served more than 1,000 clients and formed — and properly closed — dozens of companies.

The people you work with

Ing. Michal Frolík — Co-owner and Managing Director

Tomáš Frolík — Co-owner and Managing Director

Business strategy, client coordination and digital. Tomáš is the day-to-day contact for clients.
