Why one partner

Most foreign founders end up juggling five providers. You need one.

Setting up in the Czech Republic usually means a notary, a registration agent, a Czech-speaking accountant, a tax advisor and a web agency — none of whom talk to each other. Every handover costs you time, and every gap is yours to discover.

  • A notary for the founding deed
  • An agent for the trade licence and registry
  • An accountant who only answers in Czech
  • A tax advisor for VAT and structures
  • An agency for the website and ads

FAQ

Questions founders ask us first.

Don't see yours? Ask us directly — it costs nothing to talk.

New to Czechia? Read our step-by-step guide to setting up a company as a foreigner.

Ask a question
Do I need to come to the Czech Republic?

No. Everything can be handled remotely — you sign the documents in your own country and we take care of the rest here. If you prefer to meet in person, we are in Prague and České Budějovice, and we are happy to meet you anywhere by arrangement.

Do I need to speak Czech?

No. We communicate with you in English and deal with Czech authorities, notaries and offices on your behalf.

New company or ready-made — which is better?

A new s.r.o. is set up for you from scratch. A ready-made company already exists and is transferred to you, so you can start trading sooner. We will recommend what fits your plan.

Can you register my company for VAT?

Yes. We handle VAT registration and, if you want, your ongoing VAT returns as part of your accounting.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need. After a short conversation you get the scope and fee in writing, before any work starts — no surprises.

What is the corporate tax rate in the Czech Republic?

The standard corporate income tax rate is 21% (2026). Dividends paid to individual shareholders are generally subject to 15% withholding tax. VAT is 21% standard and 12% reduced.

Can a foreigner own a company in the Czech Republic?

Yes. Individuals and companies of any nationality can fully own and manage a Czech limited liability company (s.r.o.), and Czech residency is not required. The legal minimum share capital is CZK 1 per shareholder.

What happens after my company is set up?

We can keep taking care of it — accounting, taxes, payroll, corporate changes, your website and marketing — with the same team that set it up.
